When Is Someone Going To Close The Old Alienware Forums To New Posts?
It's disgusting that they have been totally abandoned. The Community section is still seeing new posts, albeit ignored by anyone from Alienware/Dell. The Technical Support and Customer Support sections are still accepting posts but they disappear into moderation, where they lie forever unmoderated.
Come on guys, it's been long enough!! Either close them to new posts so they appear merely as an FYI area, or adopt them.
I would have thought that Alienware as a brand warranted more than just this one section here.

That I can understand. Well let's hope it sorts itself out. Meanwhile I'll keep telling people who post there to come here.

Surely Dell has contact with whomever used to own them? If this notice can go up on the general page leading to those forums, then someone did have access at one stage. Right-click and "View this Image" to enlarge.
