I update my alienware18 (mid 2013) to windows 10 today but I lost alienware command center where can I get AWCC?

You can use the windows 8.1 version it will work properly.

I tried to upgrade to windows 10 but it gets to checking system and the the modern host crashes the setup? I have 1TB of drive space and lots of RAM. I tried to clean boot and try it and got the same issue. Is it my raid 0 config?
