Windows Hello can't find camera since update. Must enter PIN to log in

Just purchased an Alienware 17 R4.  Not even a month old and an update came out for the eye tracker, which couldn't finish updating.  Now Windows Hello facial recognition won't work and I have to use the PIN to log in.  Please tell me that Windows has come out with a work around for this.

I am also having this problem. The funny thing is, it never works on a cold boot, but if I log in, then restart my computer, it works. Is this possibly a hardware problem?

Alienware 17 R4 here, same issue. Seems to be related to Fall Creator's Update, see : Windows Hello not functional after Fall Creators Update – Tobii Eye Tracking Support

Hope someone (M$ or Tobii), issues a fix soon.

Package Microsoft.BioEnrollment_10.0.16299.15_neutral__cw5n1h2txyewy+App was terminated because it took too long to suspend.

Looks like driver issue that microsoft will have to fix.

My take on this would be to de install the camera driver and deinstall the Toby Eye software.

Then Reboot and do any windows updates.

Then RE-inSTALL the camera driver and RE-inSTALL the Toby Eye software and Reboot and see if that fixes it.
