Windows won't recognize my NVIDIA GeForce GT 545?

I've uninstalled my NVIDIA GeForce GT 545 driver, thinking it'd be simple to reinstall. However, every time I try to install the driver for my NVIDIA graphics card, it says in an error:

-

This NVIDIA graphics driver is not compatible with this version of Windows.

This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware.

-

Any ideas?

Stuff I tried:

Safe mode

Drivers CD

Drivers from NVIDIA.com & Dell.com

Uninstalling Video Controller & Intel HD Video Adapter

Try the following, uninstall all NVidia drivers from control panel and download NVidia GeForce experience. This software will allow you to download the correct driver from there.

If that doesn't work, I will recommend you to perform an Alienrespawn.

Thank you! That seemed to work. I also must thank you again since Alienrespawn wasn't pre-installed on my computer, and now I'll be downloading it.
