X51, 2 years old, severely lagging randomly, BSOD, Freezing

I have bought my X51 almost 2 years ago and it was working fine until recently it has been lagging severely. Most times it is not straight away. It will take about an hour before it starts lagging and when I say lagging, I mean really bad lag. As in I cannot play games or watch videos because the stutter. I have run all the diagnostics I possibly could and did not find a problem.  I have tried removing my drivers and re-installing them all but to no avail. I have also updated to the latest bios and the problem still occurs. The only problem with live support is the problem has a delay of about an hour before it occurs so I am really stuck on what to do. Looking forward to any reply. There is a DXDiag attached with all my specifications.

An example of my problem =
I will play for an hour on 1000 fps easily and then it will suddenly drop to about 30 and stutter and the audio will stutter because of the lag and it will become unusable Until I restart it. Which then fixes it for another hour.

Hi!

Check out this article and follow the troubleshooting steps. Also, make sure to monitor the CPU and GPU temperatures using HWmonitor.

Let me know how it goes!

Can you post a screenshot or tell me the maximum temperature reported on idle and stress? Make sure you check both the GPU and CPU temperatures.

Try checking the temperatures while running Prime95. This software will stress the CPU.

Today i have had a BSOD( it flashed and restarted couldnt get information) And since then has been freezing when i go on a game, and needs turning off but when i turn off and try to reboot it starts up for 5 seconds then turns it self off and then turns self on again 15 seconds later, i have to repeat this process multiple times to start up the pc, also sometimes when i start it up i cannot see anything at all and my monitor doesnt detect anything from the pc. the only thing i can put this down to is my graphics card. but dell system detect and my boot analysis all come out perfect without issues. i will get you  a stressed screenshot.

The BSOD error code 0x00000116 indicates a video card failure.

If after re-installing drivers and updating the BIOS the issue persists, the video card has to be replaced. If the system is in warranty, this replacement can be covered. I recommend you contact Tech Support in your country for further assistance.
