X51 R3 Front USB Ports
The front USB ports seem to have connectivity issues. I have to reconnect and jiggle connectors before the PC finally sees the external device. I remember reading a user comment about this issue as well. Is this a known issue? I wanted to check here before I contact Dell support. I've had the system less than a week. Other than that, it runs fine.

If the USB ports respond after you wiggle them, it could be a hardware problem and no, this is not a known issue. We can help you set up the repairs, send me your Service Tag in a PM for hardware assistance.
