X51 R3 OC problem
I have had the X51 R3 that has the overclocked i5 (up to 4.3) and currently it wont go beyond 3894 regardless of the situation. I did not have this issue fully until today, although before this happened I did have issues keeping it above 4.0 while playing a game, it would always drop from 4.3 to 4.0 while the game was running for some reason.

Hi,
For it to go above 4.0, you need to stress the CPU, perhaps with a benchmark program that will stress it enough to go that high. It is not always going to be running at full speed unless you are running a program/s that demand a lot performance from the processor.

I tried that and it only peeks when I'm not doing anything at all, the moment I do anything that actually would use the cpu it drops down.
