alienfx problems, please help

alienfx has stopped working right for me, it happened after some uninstalling of touchpad drivers and ccleaner. i can't restore windows since i've uninstalled commandcenter and reinstalled it so many times.

things i've tried:

uninstall/reinstall

reinstall, remove battery, hold power button

reinstalled bios

uninstall, ccleaner, removing other entries manually

i'd assume this was a hardware issue, but if i repair command center, it works fine for a while.. after i restart the computer it fails again. lights won't turn off, can't change anything

i have a m17 r2.. i'm using the latest version of CC from the dell site

i can't get 1800-alienware to even talk to me, they say their system is down
