Hi man.
That noise is from water pump and rear Fan(this one on radiator). Its happening because of double water cooling check on every system start(pumping performance and its robustness).About screen:Are you using one or two video cards? If two this could happen because of Ultra low power state on SLI/CrossfireX.Simply one card is off when system starts.Unplug video cable from secondary plug to primary. Then boot system. You should see boot screen and windows message-repair or start normally(or omething). That was in my machine,so i unlocked Power Play from both cards and so far is ok.Hope it was helpful brother.

how do you unplug power play? and wat is it exactly? and if i do that do i still have crossfire or not? cause now i have to start my computer up veryime and right after that shut it down again and start it up again to have both video cards on and to make the noise away
