alienware command center not working on windows 10

I keep getting the same errors when I start it up.

"The value for column 'VID' in table 'Devices' is DBNull."

Then

"The theme you are opening is not compatible with this computer.
You will not be able to apply the theme."

I'm using an Alienware 17

Windows 10

1tb SSD + 1tb HD (saved on SSD)

Then when I click on a color to switch to

Hi,

Try by reinstalling the command center, follow the steps below:

    1. Uninstall Alienware Command Center from Program and Features

      • Windows 8/8.1/10: Right click on the lower left hand side of the screen
    2. Launch the Run Command

      •   + R on the keyboard
      • Windows 8/8.1/10: Right click on the lower left hand side of the screen
    3. Type %appdata% and press Enter

    4. Delete any Alienware Folder. If the folder is not there just continue.

    5. Type %programdata% and press Enter

    6. Delete any Alienware Folder. If the folder is not there just continue.

    7. Go To C:\Program Files\Alienware\

      Older versions of command center will be under C:\Program Files (x86), please check both folders.

    8. Delete the Command Center Folder Only

    9. Go to the Documents Folder 

    10. Delete the AlienFX and Alienware TactX Folders

    11. Launch the Run Command

    12. Type regedit

    13. Search the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Alienware

    14. Delete the following folders only: (Some of these may not be present, just delete the ones present)

      • AlienFXMediaPlugin
      • Alienware AlienFX
      • CCPlugins
      • Command Center
    15. Search the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Alienware

    16. Delete the following folders only: (Some of these may not be present, just delete the ones present)

      • AlienFXMediaPlugin
      • Alienware AlienFX
      • Command Center
    17. Restart the system

    18. Download and install the latest Alienware Command Center version from our website:just enter the service tag, then go to Drivers and downloads > Application > Alienware Command Center (remember to select WINDOS 10 as the OS)
