Every Time i try to start it up, and error comes up. Lights "work" but i use that term lightly :D. It is just keeping its last known set up.

Error code comes up like this

at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithShellExecuteEx(ProcessStartInfo startInfo)
at AlienLabs.CommandCenter.CommandCenterApp.applicationStartup(Object sender, StartupEventArgs e)
at System.Windows.Application.<.ctor>b__1(Object unused)
at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs)
at MS.Internal.Threading.ExceptionFilterHelper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate method, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler)

Hi,

You will need to uninstall and reinstall the Command Center.

1- Go to the Control Panel, look for the Alienware Command Center application and uninstall it.

2- Turn the system off.

3- Then try a power drain. If your system is a desktop, disconnect it from the power. If it is a laptop, disconnect the battery and the AC adapter. Then hold the power button of the system for 45 seconds, reconnect the battery again and close the system.

4- Then download the Alienware Command Center and Install it. Restart one more time. Click here to get to our support website and just enter your service tag. Then go to Drivers and Downloads. Make sure you choose your OS accordingly and look for the Command Center software on the Applications Tab.
