Hi Tsurara,
Try to wiggle the head both clock and anti-clock wise and see that makes any difference. Let me know the findings; will take it further.

I'm not sure what you mean by "rotate"? What exactly is the issue that you are experiencing?

Hi Tsurara,
The Alienhead does not rotate automatically. It has to be rotated manually. The Alienhead can be rotated to 90° anti-clockwise. You may watch the video:
