mx11 broken hinge
Hello I have a Mx11 notebook with a broken hinge. I was surprise when it happen because it is my second laptop so i hardly use it. I looked it up online and i guess it is a common problem. My warranty is expired but i don't know if anything can be done

No unfortunately we are not replacing broken hinges for this laptop any longer.

I don't know why you wouldn't be responsible for a manufacture defect it seems very obvious it is only this particular model that is effected by these hinges. I guess it serves me right to expect a $1200 laptop to open and close without breaking. Seems like the same old Dell quality last time I will ever buy Dell.
