15 R3, TB16 dock, TV screen froze

Dear All, Good day,

Device:

1. Computer Alienware 15 R3 (210-AJSS) bought in December 2017
2. Thunderbolt dock TB16 240W (K16A) bought in 2019
3. Television SAMSUNG (UN50H5030AF)
4. The dock and the computer are connected with a Thunderbolt cable.
   The computer and the TV are connected with an HDMI cable (if I connect the TV directly to the dock the signal is lost every 2 or 3 seconds and the picture jumps).

Issue:

For few weeks now, every 1 or 2 minutes, the screen froze, like if the processors or RAM were used fully while only surfing on the web.

Solution:

1. I updated bios and drivers
2. I performed Dell error scanning
3. I update Nvidia pilote

But the problem remains after few months of use without any.

How can I solved this ?
