AW 15 lights not working

So I've been back and forth trying to solve this issue with Dell support, and things were left off after I factory reset my PC, and now that my warranty has expired they won't help me any further. To summarize where I'm at after the reset, the command center has all tabs as it should. All drivers are up to date including the BIOS. The only issue I can think of at the moment is that the lights are not responding, and the FX tester is missing. Before I reset, the fusion and fx tabs were completely missing, so this is somewhat of an improvement. If anyone has any idea as to what I should do please let me know. Also, uninstalling the CC is a last resort right now, as it is what started this whole mess for me.
