AW768 0.9.48

I have an Alienware 15 R2 and was updating my drives so went from ACC 0.9.36 to 0.9.48 and also was updating my AW768 keyboard.  In doing so it now says it is an AW568 and the colors are all messed up. I have tried to reflash the firmware but it either says to plug in a AW768 keyboard or it fails.  In ACC I have clicked on the "restore factory defaults" but it continues to say it is an AW568.

How can I fix it to be an AW768 again?

Have you tried the suggestions in the following Dell support page? And was the version of ACC downloaded from the support page for your model of system?

Re: AW768 0.9.48

I have done all that many times with Alienware Control Center and everything works on the laptop and graphic amplifier but the AW768 keyboard still says it is an AW568 with all the lights messed up.  I have tried many times with the newest firmware (0.0.48 ,A00) and the older version (0039, A00) and it just tells me that there is no AW768 connected or it fails to work.  And yes I have tried the "restore factory defaults" Please help!
