I recently began to mess around with my new-ish laptop to see what special features it has to offer. I saw a video on the Macros and what they offer. So like anyone whos likes shortcuts, I wanted to create my own. But for some reason when I open the Alienware Command Center, it has a error, it states "Could not load file or assembly 'Alienlabs.UpgradeService, Version=188.8.131.52, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=bebb3c8816410241' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded." I don't know what this really means so if someone who does know, could you help me on how to fix it?
Make sure the BIOS is up to date.
Uninstall and reinstall the Command Center following ALL the steps on this article.
Then this is the version you need to install.
