Alienware 15 R3, GTX 1060 FPS drop to 39

So I bought an Alienware 15 R3 and now it's frames drop to 39 even in LOW settings on basic games. I contacted Dell customer support regarding this issue and they replaced the motherboard TWICE (they diagnosed a hardware issue) EVEN AFTER THAT the problem STILL persists me. They told me via email that they'll contact the "designer team" regarding this issue so i'll have to wait and ever since then I've never been contacted by them through email and at that time my product was under warranty and now it's not. IS IT EVEN WORTH BUYING the warranty again?  I mean they could never fix the laptop in first place. I even shared screenshots with them in the thread saying my temps are 95 C and they said it's 'normal'. This is the reality of DELL INDIA and when i spoke about replacement since replacing motherboard twice could not fix the issue, they said "We cannot replace Alienware laptops", I MEAN wow Dell. I absolutely love your service it's amazing.

I have all the email threads where they have stopped replying me AT ALL. I've been ignored for months so now my only option seems to post here. And get ignored here as well.

My service tag is

First of all for your own security and safety please do not post a service tag number.

Now a number of posts have pointed to SmartByte being the culprit when it comes to low FPS. The following might help. Uninstall SmartByte and disable it or it will auto install again.
