Hi, I'm receiving from Support Assist a popup that tells me that my Alienware 15 r3 is eligible for a free part recall program. But if I type my service code in the bulletin site it tells me that there are no active recalls for my laptop.
What is this about?
I'd be curious to know any other detail too.
I am an Alienware 13 R2 owner and experiencing issues after having updated BIOS to a version 1.44 which seems to be faulty and caused my laptop to not boot into Windows at all.
I have contacted their support on the phone and told me that they are recalling the affected machines for free repair service.
