15 R3, crashes when the chassis is bumped slightly

Hi all,

This has been bugging me for a while.

Has anyone experienced a situation where an Alienware 15r3 crashes when the chassis is bumped even slightly?

The laptop passes all hardware diagnostic tests but I can crash it by tapping anywhere on the palmrest moderately hard with my finger. Sometimes, it will even crash if I happen to strike a key too hard.

Sometimes, the crash will be a blue screen. Other times, it seems just the graphics freezes.

Besides this, the laptop seems fine. If I play a game using a controller and don't touch the laptop, I have no issues.
