Alienware 17R5 Bluetooth stops working

I have an Alienware 17R5 with the Killer wireless 1550. My bluetooth stops working at random times. I have my phone connected and my mouse connected.  The mouse is a Logitech MX Master. To get the mouse reconnected I have to turn off the bluetooth and wait a few seconds and turn it back on then the mouse reconnects with no problem until it stops again.

I've uninstalled the driver and installed the latest drivers but still having the same disconnect issue.

Hi @evanr11,

Make sure the BIOS is up to date.

Also, try the latest Killer driver from the Killer's website.

Re: Alienware 17R5 Bluetooth stops working

I'm running the most current version of the BIOS. I installed the newest driver for the Killer wireless card. I'll reply again once I had some time to try it out.

Thank you
