Alienware Command Center not working properly

I just unistalled and reinstalled the Alienware Command Center because it wasn't working properly, but now the Thermal Control and Performance Parts are loading all the time, I can only choose the Power Management and Audio Profiles. Can anyone help me with this? My Laptop: Dell G3 15 3590
