Can you please start treating us seriously (m15/m17 BIOS)?
Hi,
I am asking you, Dell, to please stop treating us like idiots and let us know what you are doing regarding the fan profiles in BIOS versions > 1.4.1.
We now have laptops with fans that cannot be turned off and I for one had to stop using it in certain places due to the noise.
This is not what we paid for, so please fix so we can get the fans silent again or start seriously contemplating a refund path.

Completely agree. Currently running 2.1.1. Fans only shutdown on battery but not while charging. Also the fans kick in to quickly. I don't mind if they want to set it up like this, but they should give use full fan control to fix it ourselves then.
