Has anyone else encountered these unknown devices?

If this is still an issue, uninstall the Dell SupportAssist software. According to other info, the software is installing unsigned drivers, namely the DDDriver and DDprof. Once uninstalled, the problem "magically" goes away.

The two Unknown Devices are part of the Dell Client System Analyzer software =
DellProf is the Dell System Analyzer Control Device
DD Driver is the Dell Diags Device Driver
