Alienware 17 R3, cannot turn on after spilled water into keyboard then force shutdown in a desperate attempt to wipe it clean. I'm think it may be some physical damage since the power button no longer glows upon charging.
The real problem is, when I tried to contact for support, apparently the warrant for this product is expired and the only solution provided was a phone number, and I happened to not using a phone. If there is a way to by-pass this step I will be very appreciated to know.
Unfortunately, there is no alternate way to contact the out of warranty department. You would need to contact them over the phone. Their number is 1-866-287-6727 (option 4).
