M15 Factory reset

I received my M15 today and it locked up and would not respond.  Tried windows restore and everything I could but it happened after Alienware command centre did an update

I want to do a factory reset with the USB recovery stick but it doesn't put it back to the factory setting of when it came out of the box and was powered on for the first time.  How do you install the "factory image"

Thanks for your help

Re: M15 Factory reset

Did you work out this issue, I ran my initial build on wireless and it hosed up a number of things. I had to rebuild mine the first day and the bios restore options worked fine for me and took it back to the factory settings.
