M18x R2, game image goes black
Hello, first of all, I apologize in advance for my English.
While playing a game with my 2013 M18x R2, the image suddenly turned black and stayed that way. Even if I turn off the computer with the power button, the image is the same, only a pale white light. When I put it in the BIST test, there is no problem on the LED side, I can get the colors. Even I transferred an external display image, I can get an image. What do you think could be the problem?

The most likely cause is a faulty GPU. These can fail in such a way as that the GPU will display externally but not internally. That will give you the option at least for now of running an external monitor until you replace the GPU or the system.

GPU's can fail for a number of reasons and your R2 is pretty old now so it's not unlikely to start having issues like this.
If the external monitor is working ok then try doing the manual graphics switch using Function - F7 to swap to the Intel graphics. If one of your GPU's has failed then doing this should bring the internal display back online. This switch will only work if you have the Alienware OSD driver installed so if pressing Function - F7 doesn't do anything then install the driver and it should work.

If it is one of your GPUs then you can replace/upgrade it. It's also quite possible that only one of your dedicated cards is faulty so you can try one at a time and see if one still works ok. The is a primary MXM slot and a secondary slot so you'll need to try each card on its own in the primary slot to see which one still works. Getting to the GPU's in the M18x takes a bit of work and you have to remove the LCD and palmrest so watch some teardown videos first, if you've never attempted it.
