Multiples crashes con Alienware 17 R12 con Geforce GTX 980m

Buen día,

Hace mes y medio que compré una Alienware y he tenido múltiples problemas que parecen apuntar a la tarjeta de video. 


Pasa de manera aleatoria, cuando estoy corriendo juegos o simplemente estoy en el escritorio. Cuando genera windows un crash dump, normalmente apunta al driver de la tarjeta (tengo la última versión del driver de acuerdo al sitio de soporte de Dell, pero también he tratado con otras versiones):

Estuve preguntando en los foros de nvidia y me comentan que puede ser un problema de la tarjeta de video.

He tratado de hablar a soporte de Dell, pero después de introducir mi express service code una grabación en portugues me dice que por el momento no me pueden atender :emotion-12:

Tienes el Bios actualizado? En este link puedes bajar el Bios.
