I have not received a system exchange do to the fact they just recently cancelled my exchange order they sent out a exchange but it went to wrong address just like my original computer and now they keep transferring me from customer care to Alienware tech support this has been a high level of of a ongoing issue for about a few months now they have my name on my account wrong and my shipping and billing is incorrect I have not felt satisfied with the product because I never received the product so what's going on here sounds very bad at this point
