Still not getting a refund after a month.

Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to figure out exactly what to do at this point.  I've received confirmation from Dell that they've got my laptop back on July 30th.  In the email, it states that a full refund will be issued in the next 10-15 business days.  As of now, I am still waiting for the refund.  I've opened a case with a case specialist, but I have not heard back from them.  I was told that the issue is with the finance team because there is an issue refunding the reward dollars back into my account.  I still don't understand why this is taking so long to process.  Let me know if anyone can help me out.  Thank you.
