I tried six times to buy an Alienware Laptop on Dell Outlet, however, everytime the "confirmed" would change to "canceled" about 5 minutes later after paying for laptop. I was so confused because Dell did not send an email to notice me, even told me why it be cancelled...
We are tech support, unfortunately we do not have a way to confirm why this is happening. There are many things that might be causing the cancellation: either a glitch in the system, an issue with the bank or any other thing.
