I get back into my game (Witcher 3, GTA V, War Thunder) and my fps is 5-10-25.

Never had that problem.

Changed in Nvidia seettings Global to High Perf.Nvidia Processor and nothing.

Thanks for confirming that. We just have a few questions. So the same type of issue is occurring on all your games after the Windows re-installation, is that correct? Was there any improvement at all? Are you using an external monitor? Did you download the video card drivers from the Dell site or from the Nvidia site? We look forward to hearing from you.

> Are you using an external monitor?

Going off of what Rodrigo said, I ran into a problem with my recent m15 purchase with external monitors. Running a simple browser game test (even after opening Chrome by right clicking + selecting open with NVIDIA) would yield abysmal framerates <40fps on external monitors. Running on the laptop's screen would immediately give a smooth 144fps. I tried a bunch of things, so it's hard to say what solved it, but I think it was that I booted in a battery saving power plan. When I switched to performance and rebooted, I got the expected FPS on the external monitors. (Note: simply switching to the performance plan was not enough - reboot was required.)

Yes i have.

I went with Reset PC option. Deleted everything that was on laptop.

All driver updated

Checked PC performance in Heaven Bench and everything was back to Normal.

However I installed GTA V tried playing 2 times and Laptop just gets into hard lock up.

So should I go with fresh Windows Copy or Resetting was same thing?

Because it felt same TBH everything was scratched out.

Your opinions please and thank you.

I also wanted to mention that I still have Dell warranty premium.

Oh and no i don't use external monitors

Is this issue only happening with GTA V?
Have you tried any other games?
