m15 R3, Dell messed up shipping twice

Dell sent me the international version with French keyboard and UK , EU only twice now. I originally ordered on 8/4 just received my 2nd one today as the wrong item again! Make sure your reading and checking your stickers. I ordered it express shipping too and its been nearly a month and still no resolve. I'm very scared they will send me another one and 3 weeks later another wrong unit.
