E525w, printing and copying issues

My E525w printer will will not print jobs and will display "processing" for hours.

Also, when I try to make a copy it displays:

"Warning Cannot execute this job operation"

I have restarted the printer, cleared nvRAM, cleared any print jobs, reinstalled PC drivers, and updated to the latest firmware.  The only thing I cannot do right now is replace my Cyan cartridge (I did try to print black and white)
