Atmos is an object store. As such, it does not run custom applications.
Android apps don't typically run on a server though. You could upload the .apk package and share it, but I don't think that's what you're asking.

Just to add to what Chris said --- you can host the object data being used by the Android app on Atmos, but the app itself would clearly run on the Android OS itself.
Any platform capable of sending HTTP requests can use Atmos for object storage in this manner. We have a Java wrapper that you can use on Android that handles all the HTTP requests and responses for you.
