Powescale Ansible: Delete/Remove not Idempotent

Hi @jennifer_john 

I am running through all of the modules that I've used to Delete/Remove the components that they are creating by changing state to "absent".

It does not seem like any of them can be run more than once.  If I do, instead of getting an "ok" I get an AEC_NOT_FOUND error.

Because of this, I cannot run my playbook multiple times without it erroring out.

I'm pretty sure this is happening with every module, but if you need some to check, here are a few:

• Access Zone
• Snapshots
• Quota
• NFS Exports
• SyncIQ
