19.1 or 19.2 users out there?
We're upgrading AVE to 19.1 next week from 18.. How was your upgrade experience and anything to look out for?

Our upgrade from 18.2 to 19.1 back in June went smoothly, nothing of interest to note.

We also upgraded to 19.1, from 7.x (don't recall exactly the version we were in) and there's nothing to report. It went smoothly.

Your upgrade sequential or direct?
7.x -> 18.x -> 19.x
or
7.x -> 19.x

A little more clarification. If the client needs to be updated from 7.4, the on demand backup will still run and the activity report will reflect the correct count of backups. But the administrator front page count for backups will not be updated, unless the client version is > 7.4.

How about the Avamar Administrator - seems to not be counting the backup jobs correctly, I'm running a few on demand and they finish successfully but the Succeeded number is not budging. I'm hitting the refresh, of course...

Update. They appear in Succeeded with Exception.
