ATO stage out Exclude or Include Drives

Hello,

I know that ATO can include files or folders per client using the Fld-17 field in the client config. However is there a way to do this for drives, e.g. C:, D:, etc.? Since a tape out is historical data I dont really need to stage out the C:, or OS, drive(s). I thought about creating a special backup group with a special dataset that only contained the data I want to retain, but as wondering if there were filters in ATO that could perform this function.
