Avamar console startup parameters for Windows

I'd like to be able to create a link on my Windows desktop that will start the Avamar Administrator console and fill in the "User Name" and "Administrator Server" fields for me. The mcgui.bat file is written to take multiple command line parameters, so I suspect it might be able to take these options, but I can't figure out the format. The preferences are stored in a file at var\mc\gui_data\prefs\mcclient.xml, so it might be possible to use a path to a specific version of that file as a command line parameter. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and how to do it? Thanks.
