Avamar migration from old to new hardware

We are going to migrate Avamar 7.3 from old to new hardware (Avamar 7.4). What is the procedure to migrate? Do we have a tool for migration? how we can migrate configurations and settings like policy, groups, dataset, schedules, retention etc? Do we have any documentation for this? I need complete details.

During the migration, the datasets, schedules, retention settings, clients, etc. will be migrated across. It's possible to migrate all the data, a subset of the data (e.g. the last n backups or all backups created after x date), or none of the data during the migration.

If the backups that were accidentally written to the system are expired or deleted, the corresponding capacity overhead will NOT be replicated to the target since the replicator only replicates valid, unexpired backups.

Root-to-root migration is the procedure for migrating from old hardware to new. This is a professional services activity. The replication target must be a fresh install.

Will it migrate both - 'configurations - settings' and data? If we want to migrate only 'configurations - settings' then how we can? Our Avamar Server's Meta-data utilization is 87% because by mistake we wrote backup data to Node when it was in 7.1 version, Can we reduce this utilization while/after migration?
