Avamar to DD replication
our source avamar has huge amount of data and we are replicating to target Avamar which is DD.
Is it possible to replicate data from source Avamar to target DD only?

You could leverage ADMe to migrate backup copies from the GSAN system to the DD system and have the new backup copies stored in the DD.
Although not the equivalent of replication it does provide file level recoveries directly from the Avamar/DD system. It can act only on one backup
per month versus every days backups due to the fact it is considerably slower however this is usually better than waiting out the natural retention
time on the original Avamar GRID especially when it is measured in years.
This method has been used at three customer sites now one of which migrated 180 TB’s over a ~10 week period using two migration threads.
By providing the resources needed to support additional threads you can improve the aggregate throughput rate considerably.

just recollected that replication happens b/w native devices, the management device is to just trigger in time
i mean replication happens only avamar to avamar or dd to dd (at least till now, in future this can be made possible)

Not presently. It's not currently possible to replicate data stored on the Avamar GSAN to Data Domain storage.
