We have tried to run a scandisk because of the code 23: Data error (cyclic redundancy check), but no error is found.
I have also tried to look at a error code book, for the errors 5737 and 16507, but I cann't get anything out of that and it doesn't tell much.
Anyone had similar error and maybe a solution?
Best regard

We have solved the problem now.
We did a checkdisk - chkdsk -f -r
Then on the next reboot, the errors on the disk was fixed and recoverable data was restored.
That seem to do the trick :-)
