Hieroglyphics on Avamar Login Screen
New to Avamar and attempted to log into it for the first time. When I first launched Avamar Administrator, I got this screen with hieroglyphics. I tried uninstalling Avamar using Uninstall Avamar Administrator, rebooted the computer, reinstalled, and still get this screen.
How do I get this to go back to displaying normal characters?
Java SE Runtime Environment build is 1.8.0_191-b12.

Please check if https://support.emc.com/kb/526345 Avamar Administrator GUI pages display garbled text help.
If you have a valid contract please open a ticket with DellEMC Avamar support and mention this KB and the escalation inside.

Hello,
You can try switch off clear text in Windows setting to solve this issue, unfortunately in my case, whole screen was blurred than.

Hello Wreinke,
There is a possible hotfix from engineering for Avamar 7.5.1 that can be tested. As said before if you have a valid contract with DellEMC please open an SR with reference to the KB526345 inside escalation.
