Missing datasets on the list
Hi,
We have a problem with selecting an existing dataset from the list in a "Edit group" window in Avamar. The list doesn't include all datasets that have been created. I've noticed that there are only datasets with "Backup" type in "Manage All Datasets" tool. Other datasets have "Unknown" type. My question is where can I change a dataset type? In this discussion (community.emc.com/thread/192470) Ian wrote that KB177022 "provides instructions to suport on how to correct the dataset type" but I can't find it. Could you help me?

Please open a service request and provide the KB article number to the support team. This procedure requires an edit to one of the internal Avamar databases and should only be performed by support.
