Schedule backups not running
I've been through every setting I can find and I feel like I'm missing something very obvious. Does anyone have any ideas as to why my scheduled backups might not be running, or additional logs to view to find the source of the problem? Here's what I've done:
- Verified that the group is not disabled.
- Verified that clients are in the group
- Verified that the schedule is not expired
- Checked the Group Status Summary
- I'm seeing groups that have not run since 8/13. No failed messages, no success messages. Nothing that indicates they even tried to kick off.
This is effecting all groups so it would seem to be a global parameter I need to adjust. Manual backups work fine.
Any other ideas of things to check would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is not schedule stopped at all?? Try to check status
dpnctl status
if schedule is stopped, run
dpnctl start sched

You are welcome, don’t forget also start maintenance “dpnctl start maint”.
