What are AVI, EM and MC backups in Avamar replication destination server?
We are seeing size difference(3%) in source and replication data domains configured. while investigating observed that there are additional backup files (AVI,EM and MC) in destination avamar that never expires? is this the reason for additional 3% space in destination DD?

These are backups of the Avamar system accounts. They are critical to the health of your systems. They are also quite small and deduplicate very well.
These backups are always stored on Avamar storage so they could not account for any space difference between Data Domain systems.
