quota management in avamar

Hope it is good to set up quota management in Avamar per domain or per server, like mtree quota.

I have multiple departments who are billed internally based on utilization. I would like to alert them/me as soon as they reach quota,though backups will continue.

We did check this option, but our concern is per domain, because we bill customers per domain.
