Difference between PC8024 and PC8024-k

Can anybody guide me by answering the difference between PC 8024 and PC8024-k? Also which mezz card is to be used in the blade if i want to connect it to PC 8024 IO module  and same for PC 8024-k module.

This PDF contains information about the two switches you are asking about. The 8024-K switch adds Convereged Netoworking/FCoE features. This document also list which NDC/Mezz cards are supported for an end to end solution.
