Multiple New M630 Blades in chassis are having CPU 1 errors.

We have a new chassis we are setting up that is populated with new M630 blades.  Several of the servers are having errors.  They have Windows 2012 R2 installed and if we restart them we get these errors.  We can reseat the blade and start the server and no errors.  But once we restart from the OS the error comes back.  On the console when it boots we get error code UEFI0078.  We have opened a case with Dell so far and sent them a DSET report, swapped procs and memory but still have the problems.  Even when both procs are swapped it still shows CPU 1 as indicated below from the M1000e CMC.

Anybody have any ideas?

Server-1 CPU 1 machine check error detected.
Server-1 CPU 1 has an internal error (IERR).
Server-3 CPU 1 machine check error detected.
Server-3 CPU 1 has an internal error (IERR).
Server-5 CPU 1 machine check error detected.
Server-5 CPU 1 has an internal error (IERR).
Server-12 CPU 1 machine check error detected.
Server-12 CPU 1 has an internal error (IERR).

We have discovered what this issue is.

The issue is specific to KB3064209 and the Intel Xeon E5-2670 v3 @ 2.30GHz CPUs.  Once this update was uninstalled we no longer had the issue described.  We were able to restart without any errors.
