blade physically stuck in m1000e chassis
Hello,
This sounds silly but I'm literally stuck. I tried to remove a brand new M620 blade from our chassis but the handle only came out a bit on the upper side. The handle is stuck at the down side and it's impossible to remove the blade. I tried pulling as hard as I dared.
Now I can pull the upper side of the handle a bit out without pushing the button.
Down side stays rock solid, with or without pushing the button.
Anyone had this happen to him? How do I get this thing out?

I finally managed to get it out by pulling up the front as high as possible which allowed me to get it out. Turns out there is a small screw missing from the underside which prevented the latching mechanism to work correctly.
